Responsibilities

Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives
Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching
Perform as an instructor in specialized content areas such as Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, addressing any problem behaviors promptly
Perform individual and group assessments, recommending process and performance improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to develop creative training enhancements

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support
Experience in coaching, instructing, or as an employee development specialist
Proficiency in working with detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints and drawings

Preferred

5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum
Experience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems, etc
Experience as a mechanic working with structural, mechanical, electrical, or other systems
