Finance Manager
BrightStar Care of Honolulu is hiring a Finance Manager to own the financial execution of the agency. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books, running payroll, managing revenue cycle activities, tracking authorizations, and delivering clear monthly financial statements using Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, timely monthly financial statements leadership can trust
Ensure caregivers are paid correctly and on time
Maintain clean, reliable financial records in Microsoft Dynamics GP
Protect cash flow through disciplined billing and collections
Prevent authorization lapses that disrupt care or revenue
Full-cycle bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Monthly close and preparation of internal financial statements
Payroll processing and payroll accuracy
Revenue cycle management, including billing and collections
Authorization tracking and coordination with internal teams
Maintenance of financial documentation and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
Experience preparing monthly financial statements
Payroll and billing or revenue cycle experience required
Hands-on Experience With Microsoft Dynamics GP Strongly Preferred
Preferred
Healthcare or service-based business experience is a plus
