Responsibilities
Engage with domain experts to understand business challenges, identify data-driven opportunities and enhance decision-making and employee engagement
Extract, analyze and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data for ad hoc reporting and data analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback and insights, recommend changes for implementation, and action on those that deliver a positive, consistent, and seamless employee experience
Effectively manage active projects to help ensure that all engagements are delivered at or above stakeholder expectations
Help develop change management KPIs, track and report on adoption metrics, and change effectiveness to leadership
Schedule and maintain trending reports and alerts to key business stakeholders that are ultimately responsible for addressing business initiatives
Facilitate process mapping, standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree
2 years' experience in analytical role (analysis, information science, data visualization or other relevant quantitative field)
2 years' experience in developing and fostering relationships with leaders across all levels
Excellent analytical aptitude including ability to develop sound insights across multiple data sources
Initiative, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency in delivering insights
Ability to prepare and present executive level presentations
Demonstrates curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with survey data development or design
Prior experience in the aviation industry or a strong understanding of airline operations is a plus
PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification highly desirable
Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire or other data visualization tools
