Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing in an enterprise environment
Proven experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across business applications
Experience documenting defects, tracking resolution, and validating fixes using industry-standard test management and ticketing systems
Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation across integrated systems and interfaces
Familiarity with structured SDLC and/or Agile delivery methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams during defect triage and release planning
Preferred
Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or large business workflow systems
Basic experience with test automation frameworks or tools for smoke or regression tests
Exposure to CI/CD environments and participation in release cycles or DevOps workflows
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or equivalent)
Experience with testing data pipelines, ETL processes, or business intelligence/reporting outputs
