Provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues
Qualification
Required
2 years CURRENT PT experience
DOCTORATE
Updated CAQH must be provided after start
NPI must be provided after start
Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics
Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Previous Rehab Experience
Traveler perm address must be included in profile
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
BLS
VT license MUST be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend
