Responsibilities

Guiding clients through all types of tax-exempt and taxable financings for non-profit, higher education, for-profit, energy infrastructure, healthcare and similar clients

Navigating all aspects of a financing or refinancing, including reviewing, drafting or analyzing underlying credit support, tax, construction and management agreements

Drafting and negotiating all financing and offering documents, certificates and opinions

Reviewing and analyzing complex federal tax issues

Required

2-4 years of debt finance, public finance, or project finance experience in a top 100 law firm setting

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams

Strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills

Pennsylvania Bar is required
