Responsibilities
Support project managers and staff with various administrative tasks
Schedule and arrange meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials
Take accurate meeting notes and distribute them to relevant parties
Answer and manage incoming calls
Attend site meetings as required
Maintain project files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
Book rental cars and manage transportation logistics
Perform occasional office errands, including driving when necessary
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for running errands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
