Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of Alliant Royalties software, ensuring all financial data is accurately migrated and integrated

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the software meets business requirements and functions correctly

Perform parallel testing to compare the new system's outputs with the existing system, ensuring consistency and accuracy

Drive improvements in close efficiency, accuracy, and automation of manual tasks

Support ERP enhancements, financial reporting tools, and reconciliation system improvements

Develop SOPs and documentation to improve scalability and consistency across the accounting team

Prepare and review complex journal entries (accruals, reserves, revenue deferrals, allocations, inventory/costing adjustments, etc.)

Complete advanced balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items proactively

Support consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and foreign currency impacts
