Manage material requirements planning (MRP) for purchased materials

Create and follow up on purchase order acknowledgements

Schedule purchased materials for optimal delivery performance, cost, quality, and inventory levels

Coordinate solutions to quality-related issues

Implement sourcing strategies from the Commodity Management team

Execute demand and engineering changes in a timely manner

Maintain accurate and current information in the ERP system

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Resolve accounts payable discrepancies

Share and apply procurement best practices

Collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including suppliers, strategic purchasing, production planning, warehouse, and quality
