Responsibilities
Coordinate guest activities and experiences for Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi and Sensei Lānaʻi guests, from pre-arrival through stay
Proactively communicate with guests via email, phone and chat to arrange customized itineraries, activities, dining, spa appointments, and transportation
Use outbound communication to coordinate flights, island activities, and special guest requests
Identify and capture additional revenue opportunities through upselling and personalized recommendations
Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely, professional manner while anticipating guest needs
Review arrivals report to identify guests for proactive outbound sales and itinerary enhancement outreach
Maintain thorough knowledge of the island of Lānaʻi, both resorts, guestrooms, activities, amenities, and package offerings
Reserve activities, spa services, dining, and transportation using multiple systems (Book4Time, Key, OpenTable, OPERA preferred)
Accurately document and update guest profiles and preferences in Golden
Detail reservations in OPERA, including adding accompanying guest names, children, preferences, and input itinerary information into Key
Ensure billing is set up accurately for all activities that require special billing, including sending and following up on credit card authorizations in Canary and building PM accounts in OPERA for third-party billing
Ensure exceptional attention to detail when managing guest requests and follow-through
Collaborate closely with resort operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior guest experience
Maintain flexibility to support changing guest needs and operational priorities

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Ability to lift up to 20lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to build lasting guest relationships through proactive engagement and outbound sales
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple systems, reservation platforms, and tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Hospitality or sales experience preferred, with strong knowledge of hotel, activity, and island operations
