Responsibilities
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with policies and labor laws
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries
Support payroll processing (preferably using ADP)
Maintain confidential HR records and documentation
Assist in HR policy development and implementation
Collaborate with management on workforce planning
Provide bilingual support for HR communications and engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
