Responsibilities
Support investment analysis and financial modeling for acquisitions, recapitalizations, development, and financing scenarios
Collaborate with internal teams and external tax partners to ensure financial accuracy and tax compliance
Monitor and report on portfolio performance across fund‑ and asset‑level entities
Prepare projections, sensitivities, and investment performance forecasts
Conduct tax research and support tax compliance activities
Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models
Ensure adherence to GAAP compliance and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in waterfall models, investment analysis, and underwriting
Ability to work with Excel pivot tables and MS Office Suite
Experience in preparing financial projections and performance forecasts
Familiarity with tax returns, K‑1s, 1099s, partnership structures, depreciation rules, and real‑estate tax incentives
Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP compliance
1–4 years of experience in financial analysis, tax, public accounting, or real estate finance
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office capabilities
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fundamental tax concepts
Preferred
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CPA certification is strongly preferred
Previous exposure to commercial real estate, investment analysis, or private equity is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and able to balance multiple deadlines
