Responsibilities
Manage multiple capital projects from concept through closeout across crude oil and rich gas systems
Own scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and AFE development
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, and commercial
Lead contractor management, bid reviews, and award recommendations
Drive change management, risk reviews, and project controls
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and Management of Change processes
Support construction execution and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in oil and gas or midstream
Strong working knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API, NACE, NFPA, CFR, etc.)
Proven experience overseeing construction, contractors, schedules, and change orders
Preferred
7–15+ years of experience in midstream project management
Strong background in rich natural gas gathering and processing
Cryogenic plants
Compressor stations
High-pressure pipelines
Crude oil project experience is highly valuable and typically easier to pick up than rich gas
Experience managing projects in lean organizations where PMs take broad ownership
Mechanical Engineers preferred, Chemical Engineers will be considered as well
PMP is a plus but not required
