Responsibilities

Works with senior management to assist financial sponsors and C-suite management teams in the equity underwriting process

Collaborates with the team to support existing clients and to prepare presentations for business development meetings with prospective clients

Qualitative and quantitative analysis related to the equity underwriting process in particular IPOs, marketed follow-on offerings and block trades

Preparation of strategic and financial research and analysis to support existing clients

Creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex excel models and proprietary databases

Targeting potential clients and development of related marketing material

Meetings with financial sponsor and C-suite management teams
