Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with retail customers, consumers and outside sales team
Process sales orders and communicate any errors in payment terms and/or price discrepancies to the customer or salesperson
Process returns requests for designated accounts
Answer incoming telephone calls
Responsible for managing calls with one call resolution
Develop knowledge of product form and function
Understand customer sales programs, sales promotions
Process all requests for sales and show samples
Work with Supply Chain on orders for large and out of stock quantities/recovery timing
Work with Credit Department on orders on credit hold and on pricing disputes
Track all roll out orders to ensure they arrive on time
Work with our warehouse staff to ensure that orders ship on time with customer’s specific shipping requirements addressed
Prepare documents to refute customer fines and utilize their portals to file rebuttals with customers
Update customer web sites with information such as tracking information, weight of orders and confirmation numbers
Troubleshoot product related issues to final resolve. Research information as needed
Prepare warranty, parts and replacement product orders
Respond to incoming information requests via email
Participate in technical training classes, develop on-going understanding of product installation, operation, and troubleshooting techniques
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
