Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close process
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Prepare financial schedules and management reports
Assist with audits, tax filings, and internal control documents
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-4 Years Of Accounting Experience
Working knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Working knowledge of MAS (Sage 100) accounting software
Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience
Inventory or cost accounting exposure
ERP system experience
