Standardize outreach processes and develop an evaluation framework for outreach pilots
Engage with members to pilot member outreach strategies aimed at closing care gaps
Gather member input regarding barriers/facilitators
Create a member outreach toolkit, including criteria for outreach pilots, script templates, and evaluation frameworks
Collect member outreach outcome raw data during the pilot of outreach strategies

Required

Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate degree program in public health, public policy, business administration, social work, social sciences, communications, or related disciplines. Minimum 3.0 GPA
Experience and/or skills that align with one of the projects listed below
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Applicants must have completed 1 year of their MPH program studies
