Providing a high level of customer service and communication when speaking with customers and outside vendors
Supporting the Funding Department with general office duties
Maintaining files, databases, and spreadsheets
Assisting including filing, photocopying, and faxing
Qualification
Required
Excellent at communicating- Verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish/ English preferred
