Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers, product owners, engineers, and researchers in an agile environment
Partner with UX Product Designers to support agile delivery squads
Write application microcopy adhering to brand tone and style guidelines
Develop content architecture and workflows to support sales professionals
Identify content opportunities to improve user engagement and overall product experience
Evaluate and optimize UX content through user feedback and usability data
Coordinate across multiple product teams to ensure consistent and seamless experiences
Contribute to the content design community of practice within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in UX content design, preferably for internal digital tools
Proven experience working on complex applications or tools
Experience collaborating within agile scrum environments
Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with content strategy methods (audits, assessments, design thinking, user research, etc.)
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with proven ability to synthesize complex information
A portfolio link at the top of the resume demonstrating UX content design work (mandatory)
Preferred
Professional experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare sectors
Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams simultaneously
Familiarity with modern digital product ecosystems and user research practices
