HR Generalist
Eastern Lift Truck Co. is a family-owned company that has been in operation for over 50 years, providing sales, parts, rentals, and service in the Lift Truck and Material Handling business. They are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support various HR functions, including employee data management, payroll processing, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist with the processing of payroll, including data entry, verifying information, and resolving discrepancies
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed
Assist in employee onboarding and hiring processes as needed
Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
May assist with various HR processes including but not limited to: employee leave requests, talent, workers compensation, employee relations, payroll
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2+ years of experience in HR and/or System Administration, preferably in Ceridian Dayforce
Moderate to expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
Ability to keep information confidential and secure, with an understanding of information security standards
Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
