Responsibilities
Enhance and expand existing Power BI dashboard capabilities for HR reporting
Develop dynamic and interactive visualizations reflecting key HR metrics such as headcount, demographics, turnover, retention, time‑to‑fill, absenteeism, leave usage, position counts, vacancies, and more
Build and maintain a data warehouse to support automated and frequent raw data updates
Validate HR data for accuracy, consistency, and usability
Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to define reporting needs and integrate data sources
Develop ad hoc reports to support HR strategic initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of all HR data and sensitive information
Train HR users on dashboard navigation, data insights, and reporting techniques
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation
Experience with SAS for statistical analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and data warehouse development
Ability to work with raw HR data and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights
Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and end‑user training
