Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules

Build workflows using Flow Designer and integrations using Integration Hub

Work through backlog items, enhancements, and technical improvements

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions

Follow platform best practices for security, performance, and maintainability

Maintain technical documentation and support end users as needed

Participate in daily standups (10–10:30 AM EST) and standard hours (10–6 PM EST)

Support Service Bridge implementations for customers

Qualification

Required

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies

Proven experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub

Solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes

Agile delivery experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field

Preferred

Exposure to Solution Architecture concepts

ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.)

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
