Senior Manager, Commercial Operations
Revision LLC is dedicated to delivering transformative skincare products and is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations. This role focuses on driving operational excellence within the sales organization through process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets effectively.

Responsibilities
Define and Govern requirements for key sales execution processes, inclusive of: Strategic Accounts, Account Segmentation, Business Planning
Develop / Update “Revision Playbook” selling guidelines, in partnership with key cross-functional partners, inclusive of Brand Guidelines, Promotional guidelines, Selling Aides, etc
Partner with Marketing to shape and publish annual promotional calendar
Partner with Key Stakeholders to develop robust selling aides and Field Sales promotional, marketing materials
Establish and own on-going business performance tracking updates (Consumption, Revenue, Region/Territory trends)
Lead monthly / quarterly business reviews with Sales Leaders and Key Stakeholders, inclusive of trends, insights, and input to business plans
Build baseline forecasts to inform business plans, Field Sales forecasting
Support CCO and RSD leaders with forecast accuracy analytics, and business performance trends (new account retention, NPD performance, Velocity, etc.)
Deliver insights on promo ROI, MAP compliance, and gross-to-net
Partner with stakeholders to inform NPD forecasts
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline processes, where applicable
Partnering cross-functionally to provide Sales inputs and translate Revision business strategies into Sales execution guidelines, inclusive, but not limited to: NPD “voice of customer inputs” and forecasts and translate into sales presentations
Delivery of Brand Guidelines and Marketing materials to Sales Team
Business planning and Forecasting inputs
Enforce pricing guidelines, MAP policy, and terms compliance across channels
Maintain contract repository and renewals calendar; ensure audit-ready documentation
Drive adoption (training, usage metrics) and data integrity (duplicate management, required fields)
Partner with IT/Marketing on integrations (e-commerce, ERP, marketing automation)
Support commission calculation, dispute resolution, and policy adherence
Track SPIFFs and incentives; monitor impact on revenue quality and margin
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
5–7 years in Sales Ops/Commercial Ops or Strategy, Trade Marketing or Sales Strategy; beauty/derm/skincare or CPG experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in establishing business processes and strategy, building governance, and process improvement
Strong analytical proficiency
Clear communicator; collaborative; detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-moving environment
