Responsibilities
Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely completion
Build, manage, and optimize project plans, workflows, and dashboards in Smartsheet to enhance visibility and collaboration
Develop standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution across teams
Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to track project performance, resource allocation, and overall effectiveness
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline communication and ensure consistent alignment on campaign goals
Qualification
Required
Proven project management experience in a marketing or communications environment
Proficiency with Smartsheet or equivalent project management and workflow tools
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Change Management)
Preferred
Familiarity with philanthropic giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds
Experience guiding large teams or departments through process improvement initiatives
Strong marketing acumen and ability to function as an 'air traffic controller' for campaign execution
Work samples showcasing prior campaign management or process optimization efforts
