Responsibilities
Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise
Support individuals in aligning work with their values and purpose
Build authentic relationships through digital platforms and values-led communication
Introduce proven personal growth, leadership, and career development tools
Operate independently, managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community
Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or People & Culture
Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven
Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning)
Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed
Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work
Legally able to operate as independent contractors in the U.S. or Canada
