Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of racking system installation projects
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays
Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and budgets
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project participants
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management
Translate and communicate effectively between English and Mandarin speaking teams and clients
Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Address and resolve project issues and discrepancies promptly
Assist in the scheduling of installations, and the coordination of materials and equipment
Help to manage the flow of information between warehouse and installation teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration)
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project goals
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in construction, logistics, or racking systems installation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
