Responsibilities
Develop business requirements, content orchestration across middle layers, and guardrails for ontologies and refinement processes
Design frameworks for content generation, classification, and curation, working with AI COE and business stakeholders to address audience-specific needs
Establish foundational capabilities for the VA roadmap, including integration with core systems, knowledge repositories, user interaction design, and chat features leveraging AI
Define monitoring processes, call containment evaluation, KPI-driven outcome measurement, and user testing methodologies with robust feedback loops
Embed Responsible AI principles in design. Support Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews, building on established LRC frameworks
Qualification
