Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze team productivity and performance metrics to identify trends and areas needing improvement
Develop and disseminate process updates and guidelines to the team through clear and concise email communications, including infographics
Track team adherence to established processes and conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards
Oversee attendance records and facilitate monthly performance evaluations to ensure consistent team performance
Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions
Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth and efficient team operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field; Industrial Engineering is a plus but not required
Minimum of 6 months in office administration or a role related to process improvement
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in creating operating procedures; experience in office administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams
