Responsibilities
Execute PCBA functional tests, system tests, and basic hardware debugging
Assist in test fixture setup, test procedure execution, and data collection
Support production line issues, failure analysis, and corrective actions
Prepare and maintain test reports, SOPs, and quality-related documentation
Drive EVT/DVT/PVT validation, reliability testing, and design improvements
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years of hardware/PCB/PCBA design experience
Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer)
Experience with EDA tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience with liquid cooling, data center, or AI products
Knowledge of power electronics, DC/DC, pump or motor drivers
Familiarity with EMI/ESD and reliability testing
Experience supporting manufacturing and high-volume production
Experience with platforms such as STM32, AST2x00 NXP, TI, or similar
Fluent in Mandarin
