Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules
Attend trials and hearings to document proceedings and provide support as needed
Review and summarize documents related to complex commercial disputes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field
5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
