Responsibilities
Own creative strategy for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and paid social
Use customer research, reviews, and competitive analysis to uncover high-impact creative angles
Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps to identify winning concepts
Develop detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators
Track creative performance, analyze results, and iterate based on ROAS, CPA, and conversion data
Present creative strategies, insights, and test results to internal teams and clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience leading performance creative strategy for DTC or ecommerce brands
Hands-on experience working with paid media teams and understanding how creative scales
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative decisions to performance metrics
Proven ability to research, ideate, test, and optimize high-converting creative
Experience collaborating with designers, media buyers, and clients
A portfolio of performance-driven creative tied to real results
