Responsibilities
Lead technical strategy and execution of the product roadmap for our Customer facing products, systems & services
Define end to end architecture
Build scalable technology solutions using the latest Salesforce products
Lead high performing global engineering teams
Partner closely with senior executives to deliver durable, secure, and reliable systems that unlock new AI‑powered customer experiences
Combine deep hands‑on architectural rigor with executive‑level influence to ship outcomes at enterprise scale
Foster an environment of innovation as 'Customer Zero' for our own Salesforce products
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading technical strategy and execution of product roadmaps for customer-facing products, systems, and services
Deep hands-on architectural rigor combined with executive-level influence
Ability to build scalable technology solutions using the latest Salesforce products
Experience leading high-performing global engineering teams
Strong partnership skills with senior executives to deliver durable, secure, and reliable systems
Demonstrated ability to drive customer health, product adoption, and consumption
Experience in incident management and escalations management
