Director of Customer Service
Xanh SM is a leading electric vehicle (EV) and sustainable mobility solutions provider headquartered in Vietnam. The company is seeking a Director of Customer Service to develop and execute customer service strategies, manage nationwide activities, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer service strategies and operational plans
Assign detailed KPIs to team members
Manage all customer service and driver support activities nationwide to meet KPIs
Coordinate resources to optimize staffing and operational efficiency
Identify incidents and collaborate with departments to resolve customer and driver issues
Monitor performance and propose improvements
Plan and implement professional training programs
Develop operational workflows and customer service standards
Train and coach team members to meet system-wide operational requirements
Research and enhance Call Center and CRM systems to support CS activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Majors: Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant managerial role
Management scope: 30+ team members
Preferred
Priority given to candidates with experience in Call Center or Customer Support within traditional taxi or ride-hailing platforms
