Responsibilities

Design and execute risk control strategies based on ad content, user behavior, historical data, expert insights, and regulatory trends

Develop and operationalize intelligent risk governance frameworks that balance risk mitigation with monetization and user experience objectives

Monitor and interpret risk signals, identify root causes of metric fluctuations, and build governance solutions with quantifiable impact

Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects involving product, operations, policy, data science, engineering, and regional teams

Develop prioritization frameworks to manage program scope, resources, and timelines effectively

Serve as a thought partner to leadership and drive alignment on strategy, execution, and success metrics

Translate complex datasets into actionable risk insights using tools like SQL, Hive, or Spark

Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate the effectiveness of risk features and governance mechanisms

Drive continuous iteration and performance evaluation of risk mitigation strategies based on data and feedback loops

Create scalable processes and standard operating procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and SLA adherence across risk workflows

Collaborate with Trust & Safety, policy, and regional operations teams to align on global standards for enforcement and escalation

Required

Bachelor's or above degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science etc.)

Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools; ability to distill insights from complex datasets

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially across regions and disciplines

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Preferred

Experience with trust & safety, ad policy enforcement, fraud risk or platform integrity is a plus
