Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate Business Service Specialists to meet activity, placement, and retention goals
Cultivate and manage relationships with employers across high-growth industries
Oversee outreach campaigns, job fairs, and community events that generate hiring opportunities
Collaborate with workforce partners and funders to ensure employer-responsive service delivery
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with funder and organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred
2–3 years of supervisory experience in workforce or business development
Experience working with employers and/or individuals facing employment barriers
Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce/CRM knowledge preferred
bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
