Responsibilities
Ensure all Schneider Electric safety policies and requirements are met at all project sites, promoting a culture of safety excellence
Provide expert-level support during the pre-sales and quotation phases to ensure execution feasibility and risk mitigation
Validate project scope, technical and commercial terms, and lead all customer communications from initiation through closeout
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal manufacturing and third-party vendors
Lead project execution through structured kickoff meetings, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue resolution
Oversee project performance metrics, including task completion, team coordination, schedule adherence, and financial tracking
Ensure successful project completion, including financial reconciliation, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and training
Identify and propose alternative solutions to optimize cost, performance, and delivery
Resolve issues with professionalism and foster long-term customer relationships through consistent, high-quality engagement
Apply deep knowledge of Schneider Electric products and project management best practices to drive successful outcomes
Ensure projects meet or exceed financial targets, including margin, cost control, and revenue recognition
Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide accurate financial forecasts and change order management
Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project execution team, enhancing tools, templates, and workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
PMP certification required
Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in electrical power distribution, construction, or mechanical systems
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams and subcontractors
Strong financial acumen with experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Deep technical knowledge of facility/building systems including MV switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, and BMS
Demonstrated leadership in driving customer satisfaction and project profitability
Experience mentoring or supervising project managers or technical staff
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
