Responsibilities
Create content that builds awareness, engagement, and virality as the key North Star metric
Own day-to-day social media presence across key platforms
Monitor performance, trends, and brand mentions
Help BrewBird stay consistent, visible, and relevant online
Translate our mission, product, and customer stories into engaging digital content
Create content that works even when the team is offline
Support storytelling around installs, events, partnerships, and product moments
Design lightweight collateral for:
Events and activations
Customer installs
Office signage and brand moments
Produce practical branded items (e.g., coffee cups, tote bags, signage, handouts)
Support content needs tied to brand partnerships
Adapt existing visuals and messaging for partner-specific use cases
Take ownership of content creation so the broader team can stay focused on growth
Repurpose existing assets into new formats and channels
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in content, social media, or digital design (internships count)
Strong eye for design and brand consistency
Comfortable creating content from existing materials (photos, copy, brand assets)
Hands-on experience with: Canva, CapCut, AI tools like Sora or Gemini for content creation or ideation
Ability to work within tight budgets and resource constraints
Willingness to come into the office on a hybrid schedule
Experience creating content for events, physical spaces, or consumer brands
Familiarity with printing basics (sizes, formats, simple production considerations)
Interest in food, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
