Remarketing Vehicle Inventory Coordinator - Norfolk
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and they are seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join their team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The role involves vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, and paperwork management for the Remarketing department.

Responsibilities
Check in vehicles (daily)
Maintain vehicle control
Lot organization-in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain and organize key security
Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and delivery
Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and outside vehicle
Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Coordinate drivers and vehicles for delivery, transfer and returns
Reconditioning duties and may build vendor relationships
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations/speeding tickets in the past 3 years (total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)
No drug or alcohol related violation on your driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
