The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting workforce planning and employer branding initiatives within the HVACR industry.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for HVACR positions

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and project timelines

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews

Evaluate candidates' technical skills, certifications, licenses, and field experience

Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements

Promote the company as an employer of choice within the HVACR industry

Support career fairs, trade shows, and recruitment events

Assist in developing recruitment marketing content highlighting company culture, safety standards, and career growth opportunities
