The Leadership Program Support Fellow will support the implementation of leadership learning programs, gaining hands-on experience in learning design and program delivery while working on various projects important to HPSM.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of Cohorts 2 and 3 of the People Leaders Learning Program

Complete tasks related to program evaluation, communication coordination, material updates, session logistics, and facilitation support during e-learning, in-person, and virtual learning events

Provide a Cohort 2 evaluation and feedback summary

Create evaluation and feedback data visualizations

Revise the Participant Guide and other learning materials for Cohort 3

Required

Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate degree program in public health, public policy, business administration, social work, social sciences, communications, or related disciplines. Minimum 3.0 GPA

Experience and/or skills that align with one of the projects listed below

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Applicants must have a California residence

Applicants must have completed 1 year of their MPH program studies

Preferred

Good fit for recent college graduates, graduate students, and career professionals with previous related experience who are interested in working on multiple projects under an overarching focus area
