Responsibilities
Lead all core accounting functions related to cost accounting, inventory valuation, and month‑end close
Collaborate with operations to support accurate costing, margin visibility, and financial decision‑making
Contribute to the organization’s upcoming ERP transition from AS400 to Microsoft Dynamics
Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and ensure compliance
Provide data‑driven insights to help improve profitability and operational efficiency
Potential future oversight of the Accounts Payable function
Qualification
Required
10+ years of accounting experience, with significant time spent in the manufacturing sector
Strong background in Cost Accounting, Inventory, and operational finance
Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and process‑improvement focused
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross‑functionally
Comfortable working onsite, 5 days per week
Preferred
Experience supporting or leading an ERP implementation or system upgrade (AS400 or MS Dynamics highly preferred)
