Responsibilities
Lead and support activities across all stages of Salesforce and related systems development within a multi-entity organization
Act as the primary Salesforce resource for the organization
Collaborate with product users and Salesforce consultants to design, configure, and deliver solutions
Strategize with partners for system efficiency and effectiveness through Salesforce Architecture and data flow
Manage implementations including documentation, configuration, development, testing, etc
Develop and maintain various custom functions of Salesforce
Create document generation, track development tasks, change code, and troubleshoot Salesforce issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience in a professional setting
Required experience with Salesforce related to Insurance/Vlocity and Omniscript Journeys
Experienced with APEX Code and Omniscripts for customizing functions
Knowledgeable of Formstack and PDF Butler regarding document generation
Previous experience utilizing JIRA for tracking various tasks
Experienced utilizing Visual Studio and Bitbucket
