Responsibilities

Provide analysis and guidance of retirement document interpretation issues and retirement document design questions

Produce accurate and timely complex retirement documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet client and business partner expectations

Communicate with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors, or regulators, as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners

Provide technical assistance to team members, internal clients, and external clients for complex document production and plan review questions

Provide input regarding procedures and develop document provisions and design

Mentor and train new hires in Retirement and Income Solutions Document Services

Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required

Required

Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience

Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Experience researching and interpreting laws and regulations affecting retirement documents as needed

Must have in-depth knowledge of document provisions

Must have excellent time management skills

Occasional travel may be required, including overnight stays
