Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Program Production Manager to ensure all scheduled events receive the necessary technical and logistical support for timely and seamless execution within assigned CI venues
Plan and manage the allocation of equipment and technical resources and execute the physical layout of rehearsal/performance spaces, including chairs, stands, and large instruments (pianos, harps, percussion)
Knowledge of percussion instruments in preferred but not required
Move, stage, and organize equipment as assigned, performing additional manual labor tasks as needed to support production operations
Oversee instrument/equipment transport, manage inventory, and ensure necessary spare parts are available. May be necessary to drive a company vehicle
Provide exceptional Stage Management support for chamber music recitals and Music Student Festival Orchestra (MSFO) performances to ensure professional event execution
Communicates via radio/wireless headset with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during performances
Provide general maintenance of assigned facilities. Including cleaning, checking inventory, organization, and preventive maintenance
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and best practices, promoting a safe working environment for crew, performers, and patrons
Foster positive, professional communication with crew members, performers, presenters, patrons, and staff to support smooth event operations and an excellent overall experience
