Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation and amortization
Support the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Assist with tax filings, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
All other tasks assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Experience using accounting or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks)
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
Working knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure
Experience in technology, data center, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
Experience working in a multi-entity or high-growth organization
Exposure to audit support, internal controls, or financial systems implementations
