Responsibilities
Provide contract management services within the PMO, supporting the administration of EPC contracts for combined cycle gas turbine new-build projects
Support the development and execution of contract strategies, including change management, claims support, and commercial risk mitigation across multiple projects
Act as the day-to-day commercial interface between Entergy, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to address contractual matters and support issue resolution
Track and report contractor compliance with EPC contract requirements, including milestones, payment applications, performance obligations, and commercial entitlements
Prepare contract correspondence, commercial reports, and provide input into PMO governance processes to support consistent execution across Entergy’s generation portfolio
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment
Be customer-facing and capable of interacting with all levels of project and executive management
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of EPC contracts, ideally from the Owner's perspective
Experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Controls Manager, or Data Analyst with a strong understanding of EPC contracts
Ability to provide contract management services within the PMO
Support the development and execution of contract strategies, including change management, claims support, and commercial risk mitigation across multiple projects
Act as the day-to-day commercial interface between Entergy, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders
Track and report contractor compliance with EPC contract requirements, including milestones, payment applications, performance obligations, and commercial entitlements
