Responsibilities

Define and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies, standards, and architectural frameworks

Lead the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data, cloud, and automation platforms

Oversee the integration of systems and data to improve consistency, reliability, and business continuity

Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, including AI and advanced analytics, and turn them into practical initiatives

Ensure technology roadmaps, designs, and implementations align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and security standards

Mentor and support teams to drive architectural maturity and technical excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics

15+ years of varied technical experience, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and delivering major technology programs

10-15 years of technical hands-on, management, leadership and mentorship experience

8-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture in a complex environment

10-15 years of leading the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data (solid sense of data), data warehouse (SAP), cloud, and automation platforms

8-10 years of strong understanding of modern technology trends, cloud platforms, integration patterns, ERP systems, and enterprise solution design

8+ years of experience in cloud transformation, data architectures, ERP programs, AI/ML initiatives, automation (Power Automate) and large-scale platform integrations

Preferred

Master's degree in engineering, science or mathematics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Knowledge of architectural governance, security-aligned design, and modern enterprise delivery practices

Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry preferred
