Supervisor of ICC Credentialing

The International Code Council (ICC) is a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention. The Supervisor of ICC Credentialing oversees the support staff within ICC Credentialing and ensures the accuracy of departmental output through various operational and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

Quality control
Create, update, and maintain ICC Credentialing collateral
With Marketing: Update, and maintain departmental website
Participate in communications planning meeting, create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, ensure branding of department publications
With Manager of ICC Credentialing: Identify and implement systems updates and integrations to further enhance the customer experience with ICC and the Family of Solutions
Timekeeping, scheduling, and professional development of the ICC Credentialing support staff
Monitor and maintain miscellaneous reports for the department
With Manager and Vice-President of ICC Credentialing: Carry out strategic planning to meet departmental and company-wide goals and Monitor and promote new business opportunities for ICC Credentialing and ICC Family of Solutions
Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Required

Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Pro-active management style that addresses staff related issues quickly and fairly

Commitment to creating a culture of customer service excellence within the department, and ICC
Strong focus on addressing customer and client needs with a sense of urgency
Strong leadership ability – your employees would follow you anywhere, because they trust and respect your vision
Team-first attitude with a focus on how to better serve the association's current and prospective Members
Ability to follow an item through to completion, and own it every step of the way
Ability to think beyond what's done right now – think about what is possible, and what impact changes will have both now and in the future

Diplomacy, discretion, and flexibility to adapt to quickly changing projects and multiple critical hard-stop deadlines – hitting the deadlines every time
High written and verbal communication ability – you can communicate both one-on-one or to a group
Ability to work individually as assigned, as well as part of teams or work groups
Grace under pressure with a fast-paced mindset
Proficient in MS Office and capable of quickly learning in-house computer software programs
Must be comfortable in dealing with multiple levels of staff, from entry-level to executive management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business management, English, or related field strongly preferred
Exposure to construction related work content desired
