Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will conduct in-depth financial analysis and present clear, concise reports to key stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial health of the company and provide proactive solutions for improvement
Support strategic decision-making processes through comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments
Monitor industry trends and competitors' financial performance, enabling proactive adjustments to our financial strategies
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with experience in a senior role
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools
In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
Solid team player with the capacity to lead and mentor junior analysts when needed
Preferred
MBA or CFA qualification is a plus
