Responsibilities
Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosures, and subpoenas (attorney review/approval as required)
Independently manage deadlines, filings, service, hearing coordination, and client communications within defined scope
Support hearing/trial prep (exhibits, witness coordination, timelines, binders)
Maintain clean, consistent case systems; strengthen templates and SOPs
Mentor junior staff as needed; support operational consistency
Qualification
Required
4+ years paralegal experience (family and/or criminal strongly preferred)
Strong drafting, calendaring, and case management skills
Mature judgment, discretion, and a compliance mindset
Preferred
Spanish is a plus (differential available)
